Terms of sale (CGV)

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the publisher of sarahcitta.com and any consumer purchasing or subscribing to a free or paid offer through the website or its associated web application.

The essential characteristics of the offers (content, duration and access level) and applicable prices including taxes are shown on the Pricing page and/or at payment. The publisher may change its prices; the price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Any order or subscription constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. The contract is formed after payment confirmation, where applicable, and provision of access to the digital content.

Payment is made using the methods offered on the platform through a third-party payment provider. That provider secures the transaction; the publisher does not retain your full bank-card details.

Digital content (videos, programmes and live classes depending on the offer) is available from your user account once the subscription or payment is confirmed, subject to normal technical availability.

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal right cannot be exercised for digital content supplied immediately after purchase where you expressly consented to immediate supply and waived that right. Where applicable, this waiver is collected during checkout.

Cancellation and non-renewal terms are those displayed when subscribing and in your account or subscription-management portal. If in doubt, contact us.

Under Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional. The relevant mediator’s details can be provided on request.

These Terms are governed by French law. French courts have jurisdiction.
